In a nutshell...Vivid provided Midea with 9 experienced brand ambassadors to head up their 3 day UK launch event at the HVACR Show.
The Big Bright Ideas Group is a marketing agency that specialises in the mobile telecoms and air conditioning sectors.
We were briefed to source 9 experienced promotional staff members to head up a very special stand at the HVAC and Refrigeration Show at the ExCel Centre in London. The exhibition would see the launch of modern air-con giant Midea in the UK, so the promotional team had to be perfect.
The client required a crew of confident, savvy and hardworking brand ambassadors, each of whom would be assigned to a role (on our recommendation) to best suit their abilities, past experience and personality. The final team was hand-picked by the client from a selection of staff biographies to choose from.
The event itself was a great success, The Big Bright Ideas Group created a stunning stand with demo zone, prize area, bar and even an International DJ! The crew were proactive, energetic and engaging and over the course of the 3 day conference they carried out over 2000 demos, which in turn created a new sales pipeline after the show.
